The Financial Conduct Authority is the independent regulator of financial services. The Financial Conduct Authority require us to provide you with a document called an 'Initial Disclosure Document'. In assessing your requirements we may seek such information about your personal circumstances and objectives as might be relevant in order to enable us to identify your needs. It is important that you provide us with accurate and relevant information. You will not receive advice, or a recommendation from us, but we may ask questions to narrow down the selection of firms offered, from which you can more easily make your own choice if you so wish.
As an Financial Conduct Authority regulated credit broker we can introduce you to a range of lenders who may be able to help you finance your vehicle and provide other products/services.
Ask 4 Leasing may receive a fixed or variable commission from the finance lender should you enter a financial agreement. Any commission may be included in the initial rental and monthly rental you pay. Our focus is ensuring all customers receive the best possible offering, therefore the commission we may earn does not influence our decision when introducing you to a finance lender. The amount of commission can vary dependent on the finance type and duration of the agreement, but also other factors such as the amount of time required to source a stock/highly specified vehicle that meets a customers’ requirements. We do sometimes charge fees for our broker related services but do not charge cancellation fees for personal customers. On certain deals we do charge a processing fee up to £299 + VAT. Any processing fees are payable once you have returned a signed order, you can pay this by debit / credit card or bank transfer.
